State of Delaware offices in Kent and Sussex Counties will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, due to severe weather conditions. Non-essential employees who live or work in those counties should not report until that time. Offices in New Castle County will operate on a regular schedule, and all driving restrictions have been lifted statewide effective at 8 a.m.

Severe Weather Conditions & Emergencies Alert: State of Delaware offices in all three counties will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026, during the regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Non-essential employees are not to report to work for this period. Essential employees designated for severe weather are to report as scheduled.
