Proclamation of Extraordinary Session

By virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor by Article III, Section 16 of the Constitution of the State of Delaware, I, Matthew S. Meyer, hereby proclaim an extraordinary session of the Senate, to commence on Wednesday October 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. or at 3:00 p.m., at the Senate’s option, for the transaction of executive business, including the consideration of the nominations of a Secretary of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and multiple appointments and re-appointments for Boards, including the Delaware Harness Racing Commission, the University of Delaware Board of Trustees, Board of Parole, the Merit Employee Relations Board, and the Water Infrastructure Advisory Council. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Matthew S. Meyer, Governor of the State of Delaware,

have set my Hand and caused the Great Seal of said State to be affixed this 7^th day of October in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-five and of the Independence of the United States of America Two Hundred Forty-Nine.
