The goal of the program is to identify future leaders within the department and teach them the leadership skills they need to grow within their respective divisions and establish career-long relationships with other future leaders in the department. Participants engage in a five week course, which includes shadowing employees out in the field and classroom activities focused on developing the skill and tools necessary for becoming strong leaders for DelDOT.
