December 7, 2007 – Governor Minner joined Mayor Carey, Congressman Castle, and Secretary Windsor to cut the ribbon during the Old State House re-opening in Dover on Delaware Day. The Old State House was built between 1787 and 1791 and is now fully restored and open to the public for all to visit. Pictured with Gov.
