November 29, 2007 – Governor Minner toured the Henry C. Conrad Schools of Science in Wilmington and met with a group from Analtech Inc., the only United States manufacturer of Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) plates and accessories which is located in Newark. They demonstrated how their CycloGraph system separates ink components which will be part of the criminal forensics curriculum for Conrad students. Pictured with Gov.
