October 8, 2007 – Governor Minner presented Secretary Cari DeSantis of the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families (DSCYF) the 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award during the 11th Annual Columbus Day Communion Breakfast in Wilmington. Gov. Minner honored Sec. DeSantis for her dedication to the Kids’ Department and for always thinking of the child first. Pictured with Gov.
