August 7, 2007 – Governor Minner signed Senate Bill 150 at her office in the Carvel Building in Wilmington. S.B.150 strengthens Delaware’s Medical Corp by protecting volunteer medical personnel who respond to emergencies from liability in the same manner as state emergency responders. Pictured with Gov.
