July 13, 2007 – Governor Minner unveiled the trophy for the Delaware Maritime Hall of Fame aboard the Overfalls lightship in Lewes. The Overfalls Maritime Museum Foundation (OMMF) aims to preserve Delaware’s maritime heritage and one of America’s last lightships through an all-volunteer effort. Pictured with Gov.
