June 20, 2007 – Governor Minner celebrated the development of a new product from Sky-Trax in New Castle. Sky-Trax’s Indoor Positioning System (IPS) accurately and reliably tracks objects, such as industrial vehicles and materials, inside of a warehouse. Pictured with Gov.
