May 30, 2007 – Governor Minner purchased the first ticket for the 52nd Annual Blue-Gold All*Star Football Game from this year’s Blue and Gold team representatives. Students from over 40 schools throughout the state participate in the Blue-Gold game, which is sponsored by the Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with Cognitive Disabilities. Pictured with Gov.
