April 27, 2007 – Governor Minner presented awards to the winners of the 14th Annual Arbor Day Poster Contest at the Education Center in Redden Forest. The ceremony honored three winners in grades Kindergarten through fourth from Sussex, Kent and New Castle Counties, as well as a national representative in fifth grade from Newark. Pictured with Gov.
