April 23, 2007 – Governor Minner signed a proclamation declaring April 23 – 29 as Teach Children to Save Week in Delaware and recognized organizations, including the Delaware Bankers Association (DBA) and the University of Delaware (UD) for providing programs that teach children to save their money.
