April 7, 2007 – Governor Minner unveiled Delaware’s only wireless, zoom and color osprey camera during the 1st Annual Osprey Festival at the Seaside Nature Center in Cape Henlopen State Park (CHSP). The female osprey can be seen on the screen behind Gov. Minner, thanks to this new camera, which provides a close-up of the birds in their nest. Pictured with Gov.
