April 5, 2007 – Governor Minner signed a proclamation in her Legislative Hall office declaring April 2007 as DelaWELL month in the state of Delaware. DelaWELL is Delaware’s new wellness program for state employees that provides a free, comprehensive wellness assessment and prescription for those who enroll. Pictured with Gov.
