March 9, 2006 – Gov. Minner accepted a $150,000 contribution for the Delaware Energy Assistance Program (DEAP) from Sunoco’s Ed Hazzouri, director of Public Affairs – Delaware Valley. DEAP is federally funded under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and assists low-income families in meeting the costs of their home energy needs in the First State.
