June 28, 2006 – Gov. Minner, along with other elected officials and members of the business community, welcomed Delta Air Lines to the New Castle Airport in Wilmington. As of June 28, Delta will offer non-stop service between New Castle Airport and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
