July 17, 2006 – Gov. Minner spent time with students during an academic session at the 27th Annual Governor’s School for Excellence at University of Delaware’s Clayton Hall. Since 1979, Governor’s School has consisted of rising juniors from among the best in Delaware’s public, parochial and private high schools for this highly competitive program, which focuses on excellence in academics and the arts, including theatre, music and the visual arts.
