June 14, 2007 – Governor Minner signed a ceremonial copy of Senate Bill 60, the Adam Walsh Act, which calls for stricter registration requirements of sex offenders and authorizes additional federal funding to aid in Delaware’s efforts to track convicted sex offenders.
