As Agriculture Secretary Mike Scuse looked on, Gov. Minner on Monday, May 9, 2005, pumped soy biodiesel into a boat at the Indian River Marina. The marina became the first in the Mid-Atlantic region to offer soy biodiesel to boat owners.
