Gov. Minner and Gary Patterson, chair of the First State Heritage Park Task Force, on Thursday, March 24, 2005 unveil the first of several interpretive wayside signs designed for the First State Heritage Park at Dover. The signs, located outside Legislative Hall, contain information about this historical building and its role as part of the downtown area’s new urban park.
