Gov. Minner released her 2004 Legislative Agenda on Wed., March 24, 2004. Taxpayer protections from future industrial cleanups, increased penalties for identity theft and cleaner diesel fuel are among the items Gov. Minner will pursue during the 2004 legislative session. The agenda also includes measures to support military service personnel and their families, suggested by Lt. Gov. John C. Carney, Jr.
