April 22, 2008 – Governor Minner met with participants of the 2008 Delaware Governor’s School for Excellence in China, which is sponsored by the University of Delaware, Office of the Governor and Delaware Department of Education. Minner are 27 students from 10 Delaware high schools who will participate in a six-week long academic program designed to immerse students in Chinese language and culture and Ms. Marion Bernard-Amos, Assistant Director of the Center for International Studies, University of Delaware.
