April 21, 2008 – Governor Minner met with Judy Grasso’s fifth grade science class at Harlan Elementary in Wilmington to talk about Project Webfoot’s environmental educational opportunities. Delaware leads the nation in Project Webfoot participation, a program which provides learning materials to every fifth grade in every public school in the state and prepares students to become environmental stewards in protecting wetlands and watersheds.
