April 10, 2008 – Governor Minner held a ceremonial bill signing in her Legislative Hall office for Senate Bill 201, which creates gold star family license plates for close relatives of military service members killed in action and creates special license plates for veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Vietnam War, among others.
