March 10, 2008 – Gov. Minner addressed the audience at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s Blueprint Communities Kick-Off at the University of Delaware in Newark. FHLBank Pittsburgh chose nine communities in the First State to participate in their revitalization and leadership initiative that provides training and funding to redevelop and revitalize Delaware neighborhoods.
