February 6, 2008 – Governor Minner and Dr. Reba Hollingsworth, the latest recipient for the Governor’s Heritage Award, unveiled the Governor’s Heritage Award plaque outside of the Delaware Room at the Delaware Public Archives. The Heritage Award annually recognizes an outstanding Delawarean who embodies the spirit of Delaware by working to preserve and share its history with others.
