January 17, 2008 – During her State of the State Address, Governor Minner recognized students Cameron Galbreath and Kelsey Burris, who are enrolled in Delaware’s Student Equals Degree (SEED) scholarship program. Today, more than 1,300 Delaware high school graduates are pursuing associates degrees with the help of SEED. Pictured with Gov.
