Delaware Becomes 11th State to Pass Marriage Equality Bill Into Law
May 7, 2013 — Fresh off of signing marriage equality into law in Delaware, Governor Jack Markell celebrated by joining a few thousand of his closest friends in a Google Hangout. He was joined by Lavi Soloway, founder of The DOMA Project, Luke Mulvey of Sensible Politics and Delawarean Emily Falcon to talk about same-sex marriage, civil rights, and this historic moment in time.
