Delaware Flags to be Lowered in Honor of Senator Kennedy Through August 30

DOVER – Following President Obama’s order lowering United States flags in honor of Sen. Edward Kennedy, who passed away Wednesday morning, Gov. Jack Markell has ordered all Delaware flags lowered to half-staff through Aug. 30.
