Tickets Now Available for 48th Annual Governor’s Prayer Breakfast
Dover – Governor Ruth Ann Minner will host the 48th Annual Governor’s Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, May 1 at the Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Avenue in Dover.
“This annual event gives people of all faiths an opportunity to join together and reflect on our pursuit of the greater good as we serve the public each and every day,” said Governor Minner. The theme for this year’s breakfast is “God is our refuge.”
Doors will open at 6:30 a.m. for the buffet-style breakfast, and the program will begin at 7:30 a.m. Tickets are available upon request by mailing a check payable to “Governor’s Prayer Breakfast” for $15 per person or $150 for a table, to Governor’s Prayer Breakfast, P.O. Box 988, Dover, DE 19903 by April 25, 2008.
