U.S., Delaware Flags To Be Lowered
Flags Lowered in Memory of Civil Rights Pioneer Rosa Parks
Dover – Gov. Ruth Ann Minner announced today that Delaware flags should be lowered to half-staff in memory of Rosa Parks on Wednesday, Nov. 2. This is in accordance with a similar proclamation from President Bush for the U.S. flags.
As with the U.S. flags, the Delaware flags will return to full staff on Thursday, Nov. 3.
