BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
The Governor has the responsibility and authority to make various appointments to the Boards and Commissions of the State of Delaware. The application forms required to request an appointment are now online and these forms can be downloaded and printed for completion, or filled-out online and then printed.
The forms are available in two formats; MS Word and Adobe PDF.
